LetinAR Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) collects and uses personal information as described below for the purposes of providing the Technical Whitepaper, verifying users, responding to inquiries, operating services, and providing sales and marketing communications.

① Providing the Technical Whitepaper and related notices
② Verifying users and managing duplicate requests
③ Confirming the purpose of use of the whitepaper and analyzing usage trends
④ Responding to inquiries and user requests
⑤ Operating the website, managing security, detecting abnormal access, blocking malicious traffic, and ensuring system stability
⑥ Complying with legal obligations, protecting rights, and responding to disputes
⑦ If separately consented to by the user, providing information about LetinAR’s products, technologies, services, papers, whitepapers, newsletters, press releases, events, exhibitions, webinars, demos, and meeting opportunities

If the user consents to the use of personal information for sales and marketing purposes and to receiving emails, the Company may use the collected personal information to send sales and marketing communications by email or other electronic means, including product and technology updates, new product announcements, technical materials, newsletters, event invitations, exhibition and webinar information, demo and meeting proposals, and business collaboration proposals.
The Company retains and uses personal information until the purposes of collection and use are fulfilled. In principle, personal information will be retained for three years from the date of collection or the date of the last interaction, whichever is later, and then deleted or anonymized without delay.
However, access IP addresses may be retained for the period necessary for website security management, detection of abnormal access, system stability, and dispute response. If retention is required under applicable laws or is necessary for rights protection, dispute response, management of opt-out records, or other legitimate purposes, the Company may retain the relevant information separately to the extent necessary for such purposes.
The Company may outsource the processing of personal information to domestic or overseas cloud service providers, email delivery service providers, customer relationship management service providers, data storage providers, security providers, and analytics providers for website operation, email delivery, customer relationship management, data storage, security, and analytics.
The Company is located in the Republic of Korea. If a user accesses the website from outside the Republic of Korea, the user’s personal information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the Republic of Korea and in countries where the Company’s service providers operate servers. The Company will take necessary protective measures in accordance with applicable laws and will manage and supervise service providers so that they process personal information only within the scope of the outsourced purposes.
Users may withdraw their consent to the collection and use of personal information and to the use of personal information for sales and marketing purposes at any time. After withdrawal of consent or opt-out, the Company will stop using personal information and sending sales and marketing communications for the relevant purpose, except where continued processing is required or permitted by applicable laws.
Users may exercise their rights under applicable laws, including the right to access, correct, delete, suspend processing, withdraw consent, opt out, restrict processing, or request portability of their personal information. Users have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of personal information and to the use of personal information for sales and marketing purposes.
However, if a user does not consent to the collection and use of personal information necessary to provide the Technical Whitepaper, the Company may be unable to provide the Technical Whitepaper or related services.
Consent to the use of personal information for sales and marketing purposes and to receiving emails is optional. Refusing such optional consent will not affect the provision of the Technical Whitepaper.
